revit mep 2008 - my 1st rme electrical project

There’s something about dropping a light fixture into a plan and watching the entire project react. Colors change, lighting requirements update, quantity schedules revise themselves and the smile starts to grow on your face ....this could end up helping my golf game?

They told us this would be coming…. They said that basic 2d drafting was on it’s way out…. Well let me introduce you to the future of Electrical Building Information Modeling.

In these awesome CADclips below we utilize a 2 storey commercial building. We setup the project for ‘our’ electrical input and get our plans ready. Then we add lighting, power, loads, switches, circuits, wiring, panels, several schedule types, color fill plans and much much more.
